The following types of ads will be cancelled and removed immediately without notice, refund, or credit from the Carolina Dirt Rider’s website: Multi-Level Marketing, Get Rich Quick Schemes, Work At Home, Solicitations, Sexually Explicit or Inappropriate Ads. Anyone placing ads in violation of Carolina Dirt Rider policies will not be refunded.

 

1. Links submitted with an advertisement must pertain to the item being advertised.

2. Spamming or sending unsolicited e-mail or messages to Carolina Dirt Rider or any members of Carolina Dirt Rider is strictly forbidden. Spamming will result in termination of membership and/or investigation and prosecution.

3. You may not use or manipulate this service for any fraudulent activity or purpose. Presumption and/or circumstantial evidence of fraudulent activity will be investigated and/or prosecuted.

Items prohibited to sell/advertise on Carolina Dirt Rider.

It is the resellers’ responsibility to comply with all local, state and federal laws.

Advertising Policies

All contents of advertisements, including subject matter, form, wording, images, and typography are subject to Carolina Dirt Rider approval and editing. Carolina Dirt Rider reserves the right to reject, edit or cancel any advertisement or category position at any time. Therefore, advertisers are not permitted to include any content or image that is obscene, offensive, harmful to minors, an invasion of privacy, or otherwise found inappropriate by Carolina Dirt Rider.

All advertisements are accepted and published upon representation that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter. The advertiser agrees to defend Carolina Dirt Rider and hold harmless against any and all liability, loss, or expense including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of publication of such advertisements, including without limitation, those resulting in claims or suits for libel, violation of privacy or publicity, fraud, plagiarism, infringement of trademarks, trade name, or patents and product liability resulting from the publication of the advertiser’s advertisement. Carolina Dirt Rider reserves the right to reproduce, use the product or brand names of its advertisers, for the purpose of promoting Carolina Dirt Rider.

The publisher assumes no liability for failure to perform because of strikes, accidents, fires, blackouts or other circumstances beyond the publisher’s control.

Positioning of advertising is at the discretion of Carolina Dirt Rider. We do reserve the right to change some or all of our services, and/or the fees for our services at any time. Introduction and notification of a new fee or service will be provided via our website and/or e-mail.

Advertisers will be presumed to have read these rates and policies and agreed to their conditions without any further contract or notice.

Rotating Ad Information

The ads rotate in, stay for 3 seconds and rotate out. While its up, the viewer can click on it and a link will take them to your site.

Example:  3 ads in place.   Your ad will roll in, in order that it was
received, stop for 3 seconds, and roll out, about 6 seconds later your ad
will roll in again. Your ad would rotate in approximately 10 times per minute
in this example.
